Strong Nation: Music-Synced HIIT
This is where we push our limits. Strong Nation is a high-intensity interval training workout where every move is synced to the beat. We use our own body weight for a full-body athletic session of cardio and muscle conditioning.
High-Energy Zumba Events
I also lead Zumba masterclasses and events which are all about letting loose and having a blast. These are high-energy dance fitness parties where we sweat it out on stage and in the studio.

My commitment to fitness goes beyond the classes I teach. I constantly challenge myself with strength training, competitive events, and endurance runs to stay at the top of my game.
