About Karnataka Cuisine Catering
Our family's been in this business since 1963, and for me, catering is more than just serving food. It's our parampara - something passed down from my father, built on ruchi and shuchi (taste and purity) and a love for the flavours of Namma Karnataka.
What Sets Our Food Apart
- We stick to the roots. Dishes come loaded with local stories, not just ingredients.
- Spices? All made fresh in-house. My family's huli pudi (sambar powder) is a must-try.
- For some items, I still cook in big brass vessels, over wood fire. It’s slow work, but that taste hits different - modern equipment can't match it.
- Our team often wears panche and peta (dhoti and turban) for that full Karnataka vibe.
Baale Ele Oota & More
The Baale Ele Oota catering (banana leaf meal) is our signature. Guests get a real feast: Mangaluru Southekayi Huli, Puliyogare, crispy sandige, and sweets like holige or Kashihalva. We don’t mess with shortcuts - everything’s done proper so you get authentic Kannada cuisine menu.
For All Your Events
From traditional Karnataka wedding food to small home poojas or big festivals like Ugadi, I bring the taste and feel of Karnataka to every gathering. If you want real Karnataka on your plate, I’m your guy.
