Why I Coach Adults

Chasing football dreams isn't just for the young. If you've ever thought, "It's too late for me," trust me, it's not. My adult football coaching sessions are for anyone who wants to get on the field, learn the game, or just get fit in a way that's way more fun than running on a treadmill. Here, there's no judgey vibes - just people showing up for themselves and the team.

What to Expect

  • All skill levels are welcome - from total newbies to folks who haven't laced up boots in years.
  • Sessions mix fitness, match play, and the basics. It's never just a casual kickaround.
  • Expect team drills, tactical chats, and plenty of running (haan, thoda thakenge, but that's half the fun - yeah, you'll get tired, but it's all good).
  • We play in Vibhutipura, Bangalore, mostly evenings when the weather's nice. Sometimes we have fests at Mahadevapura too - food, games, and full on masti (fun).

The Setup

  • Classes are open to all adults, any gender. I've seen everyone from IT folks to homemakers join in.
  • Professional coaches run the sessions. Our head coach has over 35 years of experience and is an AFC 'A' licence holder.
  • We're an AIFF 2-Star academy, so you can expect a pro-level setup and proper training.

My Story

Started out in 2011, we just wanted to keep the dream alive. For us, football is family, hustle, and a bit of madness. Kids like Rakshit slogged for years with Suraj sir, made it to Bengaluru FC. Mustafa went off to Canada, now trains in Brazil. But honestly, it’s not just about the pros. Every kid, every parent cheering, our ‘Parents on the Field’ fests – that’s RSA. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. We always fight back, together.

My Work

Football Training for All Ages - We coach kids from 4 up to 18, beginners to elite, and even adults who just want to play.

Holistic Player Development - Our AFC licensed coaches work on skills, tactics, fitness, and building real character.

Pathway to Pro Leagues - We compete in Youth I-League and KSFA, giving grassroots football coaching and global exposure.
