Pricing Guide
Full Season Pro-Pathway & League Access
Core Coaching
- Duration: 10 months (approx. July to April) covering the full academic and league season.
- Volume: 4 high-intensity sessions per week totaling 160+ sessions.
- Expertise: Head Coach holds AFC 'A' License; Assistants hold AFC 'C' License.
- Attention: Strict coach-to-player ratio between 1:12 and 1:15.
Competitive Exposure
- League Slot: Guaranteed registration in KSFA affiliated squads (BTM FC in A-Division or Rush/Garden City in C-Division).
- Match Experience: Access to 30+ competitive 11-a-side matches including league games and friendlies.
- Tournaments: Entry into Youth Leagues and TAL (The Amateur League).
Performance Support
- Analytics: Video recording of matches with tactical breakdown and individual feedback.
- Conditioning: Bi-monthly dedicated Strength & Conditioning (S&C) sessions.
- Health: On-field injury management, recovery protocols, and basic nutrition charting.
Gear & Fees
- Kit: Includes 2 sets of training jerseys, shorts, and stockings.
- Match Day: Provision of Home/Away match jerseys for the season.
- Admin: Covers all KSFA player license fees and tournament entry costs.
Monthly Flexible Training Access
Training Access
- Sessions: Full access to 16-18 scheduled elite training sessions per month.
- Facilities: Utilization of SAI Kengeri or Rush Arena turf during designated slots.
- Coaching: Training conducted by AFC 'A' License staff alongside full-season athletes.
Plan Specifics
- Commitment: Month-on-month renewal required to maintain roster status.
- Squad Selection: Competitive match selection is not guaranteed and depends on consistency and core squad availability.
- Exclusions: Does not include the match kit or training kit package (purchased separately).

We started out as BTM Football Club back in 2009, and it’s been a wild ride. Our Elite Pro-Pathway isn’t just another coaching setup - it’s a clear path for committed players to break into the competitive football scene. If you want to go pro, this is where you put your head down and get to work.
How It Works
- You’ll train year-round with our youth football academy, under AFC licensed coaches.
- Matches aren’t just for practice - you play 11-a-side football in real leagues, including BDFA C-Division, for squads like Rush FC & Garden City FC.
- Top performers advance to BTM FC’s first team in KSFA A-Division. This is where football talent scouting happens.

- Four intense training sessions a week, plus over 30 competitive games a season.
- Full focus on development: strength sessions, physio support, nutrition, and tactical analysis.
- You’ll report early for every session. No shortcuts.

My Story
We’re BTM Football Club - the Red Lions. Started way back in 2009, always fighting, always coming back. Sixteen years for our first final, and man, that win felt like magic. Not always easy, we’ve had our share of heartbreaks, but Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya - that’s our spirit. Through Rush Academy, we see kids grow, some even making it to ISL clubs. Feels good, being more than a team. We’re family. Football’s our passion, always will be.
My Work
Football coaching for all ages - We train everyone, from U7 kids to senior teams, and run elite football coaching for serious players.
Youth to Pro Pathway - Our Rush Academy helps young players move from grassroots to pro levels, including our KSFA A-Division squad.
Elite Training Programs - Year-round, intensive training with AFC licensed coaches, plus strength, nutrition, and video analysis for U18-U21.
Open Trials & Scholarships - We host open football trials in Bangalore and offer scholarships, even jobs, for top senior players.
Community Football - Free training and gear for kids from schools and orphanages. Bengaluru community football for all, no barriers.
Leagues & Tournaments - We organize events like Monday Night League and Ultimate Fives, keeping the city’s football spirit alive.
