Weekday Group Coaching (Monthly)
Core Structure
- Sessions 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

- Training on BWF Certified Synthetic Courts
- Batch size ratio approx 1:8 to 1:12

- Stroke correction by NIS Certified coaches

About Adult Badminton Training
I coach adults who want something real from their badminton game - better fitness, sharper mind, and a skill you can brag about at home or at work. Badminton is tough, but it’s also a mental escape from the office and daily grind.
What I Do
- My sessions are fast-paced and focused. Not gonna lie, the training is intense. We start with fitness because stamina and flexibility decide how long you last on court.
- You'll get drills for everything - speed, footwork, reading the shuttle, and those killer smashes.
- If you’re looking for badminton for weight loss, the routines burn calories like nobody’s business. Lots of sweat, but real results.
My Approach
- I mix technical drills with high-intensity badminton fitness routines. Multi-shuttle sessions, 3-corner drills, and shadow footwork till your legs remember on their own.
- Every now and then, we check your progress. I track your strengths and the stuff that needs work, so nothing slips through.
Who’s It For?
- Adult beginner badminton drills for newbies, but also good if you played before and want to get back in shape or up your game.
- Working professionals, night owls, early birds - I’ve got batches through the morning, so no excuses.
If you’re up for it, I’ll push you. No boring routines, just a lot of grind and some laughs along the way.

Hey, we’re Battledore Arena. Manoj Kumar here, NIS certified coach - badminton’s not just a game for me, it’s my world. I get a kick out of seeing students, kids or adults, dig deep and surprise themselves. When someone from our academy lifts a trophy, whether it’s in town or even Bahrain, we celebrate hard.
