We aren't just about football drills and trophies - at Raman Sports Academy, we're a tightly-knit football family. Since 2011, I’ve seen kids walk in as shy beginners and leave as confident team players, on and off the pitch.
Our Way of Training
- Character and discipline come before fancy footwork here. I push everyone to bounce back after losses, celebrate wins together, and always play for the team, not just themselves.

How We Shape Players
- For the young ones (age 4+), our grassroots football development for kids is all about fun and finding the love for the sport.
- If you’re serious, our elite youth football training program (U9-U21) is tough but rewarding. Expect advanced drills, football IQ sessions, fitness, mental strength training, and nutrition advice.
- I create individual plans, so whether you’re just starting or eyeing a pathway to professional footballer, you’ll get what you need.
More Than Just Coaches
Our team has AFC and AIFF licensed football coaches for youth, guiding every session. Yoga, nutrition, and mental strength are woven in, because I know a footballer’s journey isn’t just about boots and goals.
Kids from here have gone on to play in big leagues, state teams, and even overseas. Scholarships are possible for local talent who stand out - because I believe anyone can belong here if they’ve got the hunger.

My Story
Started out in 2011, we just wanted to keep the dream alive. For us, football is family, hustle, and a bit of madness. Kids like Rakshit slogged for years with Suraj sir, made it to Bengaluru FC. Mustafa went off to Canada, now trains in Brazil. But honestly, it’s not just about the pros. Every kid, every parent cheering, our ‘Parents on the Field’ fests – that’s RSA. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. We always fight back, together.
