This is the pure joy and energy I live for. In my classes, we let the music take over, forget everything else, and just dance. It’s all about feeling the beat and expressing yourself in a high-energy, judgment-free zone.
This is what my Zumba party train looks like in full swing. It’s 50 minutes of non-stop cardio, killer international tracks, and simple, fun moves that anyone can follow. We sweat, we smile, and we do it all together.

I am a certified Pound Pro Instructor, bringing a different kind of fitness party to you. This is a rockout workout where we become the music using lightly weighted drumsticks. It’s an amazing way to unleash your inner rockstar.
We love a good celebration. This was our first-anniversary Zumba party, and the energy was absolutely thunderous. My classes are more than just a workout; they are a community that celebrates milestones together.

My classes are not just about burning calories, although that definitely happens. They are about shifting your mood and finding your rhythm, even if you have never danced a day in your life.
The Workout Experience
We mix things up with Latin tracks, high-energy international pop, and of course, Bollywood remixes. The goal is to keep your heart rate up for 50 to 60 minutes while you are too busy having fun to notice the effort. If we are switching to Pound fitness, we use weighted drumsticks to turn the workout into a rockout session. It is loud, it is sweaty, and it is incredibly effective for full-body toning.
