You might see us on the rink, but the real work happens on the ground. We integrate dryland agility drills, like the ones you see here, into every session to build the core strength and cardiovascular capacity required to sustain speed on wheels.
At Rack4Pro, we don't just teach you to stand on skates. We teach you to control your body, protect yourself, and perform under fatigue.
Why Off-Skate Training Matters
Every minute spent on the floor is valuable, but our skaters need the explosive power to execute crossovers, sudden sprints, and stable cornering. Before you strap on your skates, we put you through a structured warm-up. This includes agility ladder work, core engagement, and endurance exercises. It is about preparing your muscles for the unique demands of speed skating and Rollball.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
- Foundation & Safety: For beginners, we prioritize balance and the 'V-Start' technique. If you hesitate, you will hear us say, 'Ek step andar aana hai!' (One step inside!). We teach you how to fall safely before we teach you to go fast.
- Competitive Conditioning: For our advanced athletes, the intensity ramps up. We focus on speed mechanics, drafting, and race scenario simulations. Our drills are designed to build the stamina that keeps you skating hard even in the final lap of a race.
Our Training Standards
We operate with a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio at our locations, including the Pacific World School and Mount Litera Zee School in Greater Noida. This ensures every student gets the feedback they need, whether it is a loud 'Shabash!' when you nail a drill or a correction on your posture. Safety is non-negotiable. You must arrive with a helmet, knee guards, elbow guards, and wrist guards for every session. We are here to build champions, and that starts with discipline.
