Rollball at our academy isn't just about skating; it’s about mastering basketball maneuvers while staying balanced on wheels. It requires high-speed coordination, rapid decision-making, and intense agility. If you are new to the sport, expect to focus heavily on ball control and defensive positioning before moving to fast-paced game scenarios. Come prepared to work hard—this training demands physical stamina and a willingness to learn through repetition.
Training Mechanics
Our Rollball sessions bridge the gap between recreational skating and competitive sports. We follow a strict methodology to ensure every skater gains the necessary control to handle a ball safely while moving.
- Foundational Drills: We start with 'dryland' agility work—ladder drills, jump training, and core workouts—to build the explosive power needed on the court. On skates, we focus on stance correction and center-of-gravity management.
- Tactical Gameplay: You will learn to navigate the rink with the ball. This involves learning how to shield the ball while skating, executing clean passes, and understanding team formations for offence and defence.
- The Rack4Pro Culture: Training with us is intense. You will hear coaches shouting commands like 'Chalo!' or 'Ek step andar aana hai!' to keep energy levels high and form in check. We don't believe in easy rides; we believe in the grind.
Why Train With Us
Safety is non-negotiable. Whether it is a beginner's practice or an advanced scrimmage, mandatory gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards) is strictly enforced. Our coaches are trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), ensuring your training environment in Greater Noida is as safe as it is rigorous.
We train at both Pacific World School and Mount Litera Zee School. Our goal is to take you from basic balance to competitive performance, consistently.
