About Shaolin Kung Fu: Discipline and Power
Our training happens on 25mm interlocking EVA mats, ensuring your joints are protected while you work on high-repetition fitness drills. We focus on fundamental Shaolin stances and explosive strikes, pushing you to build real power rather than just learning choreography, and you will hear our coaches correcting your form with direct commands to keep you sharp.

What You Will Learn

As you progress, we integrate fluid forms (Kata) and practical sparring (Kumite) to test your reaction time and distance management. This is not just about punching the air. Safety and Environment
We operate with a strict commitment to safety. All sessions in Greater Noida, whether at Pacific World School or Mount Litera Zee, are conducted on professional-grade shock-absorbing mats. Our coaches are trained in Basic Life Support, ensuring that you can push your limits without unnecessary risk. We maintain a manageable student-to-coach ratio, typically around 1:12, so you get the technical correction you need during every drill.
