Kung-Fu Foundation and Form Training
Before you fight, you must stand. I focus on building the unbreakable base—stances, blocks, and strikes—that every warrior needs to succeed.
Even my youngest warrior, Mohd Umar Saifi, is learning the basics. Here he is practicing Yellow Belt Step no. 5. Discipline starts early.

About Foundation & Form
My foundation training is not about mimicry. It is about precision. Whether you are aiming for a yellow belt or refining your stance for combat, we drill the fundamentals until they become muscle memory. You will not just learn to punch; you will learn how to generate power from the ground up.
Building the Warrior Base
Before you can throw a flying kick, you need a stable stance. That is what we build in these sessions. We strip away the flashy movie moves and get down to the basics that actually save you in a street fight. It is simple, but it is not easy.
What You Will Master
- Stable Horse Stances: We build the lower body strength required for balance and explosive movement.
- Proper Fist Mechanics: You will learn to strike correctly, protecting your wrists and maximizing impact without injury.
- Defensive Blocking Patterns: We teach you how to protect your vital points during sparring sessions.
This training is repetitive, but it is necessary. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will get stronger. We operate on a strict progression system. From yellow to black belt, every step is earned through hard work. We do not hand out belts; you prove your mastery through consistent form and discipline.
Whether we are training in our Wazirabad hall or on a rooftop at sunrise, the focus remains the same—building the warrior within. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not the place. If you are ready to put in the work, you are welcome here.
