About Kalaripayattu: The Way of the Warrior

Unlike regular fitness classes, our Kalaripayattu sessions require a shift in focus from the very first minute. You will work on Meithari, which involves fundamental body movements, alongside weapon handling and specific conditioning like jumps and flips. We start with a skill assessment to see where you are, so whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your practice, we place you in the right batch to ensure you are safe and challenged.
