A behind-the-scenes look at my Chicken Tikka Biryani preparation. The chicken is first cooked in a fiery hot tandoor to get that perfect char and smoky taste before being mixed with gravy and layered with rice.
This is how I make my Bhatti Ka Murgh. The chicken is marinated in a special spice blend and then grilled on skewers inside a traditional bhatti, or tandoor. It's served hot with a fresh green chutney.
I believe in serving food that is fresh and full of flavour. Here you can see my team grilling succulent kebabs over hot coals and carving tender chicken from a vertical shawarma rotisserie, all prepared right in front of you.

If you have walked past our spots in Mira Road or Mahim, you have smelled the charcoal smoke. That is not an accident. We use traditional bhatti and tandoor setups because gas grills just do not give the same smoky depth to the meat.
