About Live Station Catering
Why I Love Live Station Catering
Food should feel special. For me, that means turning even simple moments into memories. My live station catering isn’t just about eating - it’s about watching food come alive, right in front of you. There’s something fun about seeing your chaat or tikka being made, smelling those fresh spices, and chatting with friends, all at once.
What Makes It Different
- Everything is made fresh, with zero frozen ingredients. That’s my non-negotiable.
- I use authentic cooking techniques. If I say 'dum', I mean proper slow-cooked, not shortcuts.
- The vibe is interactive - guests get to see, smell, and choose what they want, like at interactive food stations for events.
What’s On the Menu
- Gourmet appetizer live stations with things like Saffron Paneer Skewers, Honey Tamarind Potatoes, and Creamy Butter Chicken Tarts.
- Live chaat counter catering with street-style snacks but way more hygienic.
- Kid-friendly stations too: pizzas, garlic bread, the works.
- I can do Jain, vegetarian, or non-veg - just tell me what you need. The menu is always customizable to your event.
From House Parties to Big Festivals
I’ve done everything from cozy house parties to big corporate gigs for DBS Bank and wild festival crowds at Sunburn. Doesn’t matter if your event is small or massive, I make sure the live station experience stands out.
