Full Home Interior Design & Fit-out
Civil & Wall Treatments
Complete civil work for layout optimization including breaking and erecting walls. Finishes include premium luster paints, textured paints for Wabi-Sabi styling, and bespoke wallpapers for feature walls.
Flooring & Ceiling
Installation of Italian marble (Grey William, Statuario) in common areas and engineered wood or herringbone parquet in bedrooms. Architectural false ceilings designed with cove details to accommodate VRV AC ducting.
Woodwork & Kitchen
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes using HDHMR body with PU Polish or Veneer finishes. Includes signature hidden doors clad in veneer to match wall paneling. Modular kitchen features quartz countertops, Blum or Hafele hardware, and built-in appliance provisions.
Services & Electrical
Full rewiring for heavy loads, installation of magnetic track lights, and integration of smart home switches. Bathrooms upgraded with large-format vitrified slabs, custom vanity counters, and glass shower enclosures.
Ground Up Villa Construction & Interiors
Architecture & Structure
Site analysis and construction of the Grey Structure including earthwork, RCC frame, brickwork, and plastering. Façade execution uses Spanish Stucco, natural stone cladding, or composite materials with thermal insulation.
Fenestration & Glazing
Installation of soundproof, thermal-break aluminum windows with double glazing to manage heat gain while maintaining outdoor visibility.
Interior Finishing
Comprehensive interior fit-out including marble or stone flooring, false ceilings, and bathroom fit-outs with Kohler or Grohe level fixtures. Includes modular kitchen with island and walk-in closets.
MEP & Landscaping
Centralized VRV air conditioning, pressure plumbing systems, and electrical grid planning. External development covers driveways, boundary walls, and softscaping with privacy buffers and terrace gardens.
Design Consultancy Only
Design Development
Creation of master layouts focusing on zoning and flow. Includes photorealistic 3D renders of exteriors, living areas, and bedrooms to visualize volume and light. Assistance with material selection at showrooms.
Technical Documentation (GFC)
Detailed Good For Construction drawings including structural coordination, wall layouts, and elevations. specific joinery drawings for carpenters (wardrobes, kitchens, hidden doors) and reflected ceiling plans.
MEP & Supervision
Electrical looping layouts, plumbing points, and HVAC ducting coordination. Includes scheduled site visits at key milestones like brickwork and finishing to ensure design compliance, followed by a final snagging walkthrough.
