Designed as a modern-day Eden, this Bengaluru penthouse blends bold jewel tones with custom furniture to create a home that feels both whimsical and grounded.

An overview of the dining area in Eden House, a lush penthouse in Bengaluru. The design combines modern lines with whimsical details, like the floral-inspired chandelier and arched shelving.

Another view of the Eden House living and dining space, showing the open, airy feel and the seamless connection between different zones. The arched doorways are a recurring motif throughout the home.

The main living area is a study in color, texture, and form. A powder blue sofa, lilac armchairs, and a custom painting referencing the family's travels create a space that is vibrant and full of life.

Each piece in the Eden House living room feels special, from the face-designed side tables to the custom gradient bar. It's a collected, eclectic space that reflects the homeowners' personalities.

Playful details in the living room, like the face-shaped side tables by Sancal, add a touch of whimsy. The large abstract artwork ties all the colors of the room together.

A view from the living room out to the terrace. The design intentionally blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, with natural light and greenery playing a key role.

The formal living area opens up to an outdoor deck, complete with a swing and lush plantings. The hand-painted mural on the wall adds a nostalgic, charming touch.

The interplay of rich materials and colors is a hallmark of Eden House. Jewel tones are used in a way that feels bold yet balanced, creating a home that is both whimsical and tranquil.

The Gradient Bar, a collaboration with Arjunvir Gujral, is a stunning piece of functional art. Its delicate gold frame adds a touch of glamour without being overpowering.

About Project Spotlight: Eden House

The design relies on specific, tactile choices that turn a large floor plate into a series of intimate moments. For instance, the transition from the plush, modern main living area to the family lounge is anchored by custom furniture like the Gradient Bar, which adds a layer of metallic detail without feeling overdone.

We approached this 10,000 sq. ft. Bengaluru home with a clear goal: to make a massive penthouse feel like a comfortable home for a family of three. Every room reflects this balance, from the arched doorways that soften the architecture to the custom side tables designed to spark conversation. The main living zone uses powder blue and lilac hues to break up the scale, while the office lounge hides a TV unit behind botanical wallpaper to keep the focus on relaxation. We worked with local makers to produce unique pieces that define each zone, including the gold-accented bar and sculptural furniture. This approach ensures the space reflects the inhabitants' travels and personality rather than a generic luxury standard. Whether you want to recreate this layered style or need a specific interior layout for your own apartment, the key is balancing bold colors with materials that invite you to sit down and stay a while. Our work in Bengaluru luxury interiors continues to prioritize this blend of transitional style and residential architecture, ensuring every penthouse renovation feels like a place to live, not a showroom.
