Designing a high-rise apartment requires a delicate balance between maximizing space and injecting personality. In this project, we moved away from safe, neutral choices by centering the living area around a vibrant royal blue sectional. To ground this bold decision, we introduced subtle, tonal textures throughout the home.

The floating TV unit serves as a perfect example of this. Crafted from a combination of veneer and fluted wooden strips, it adds depth without visual weight, keeping the floor area clear. This layering of materials continues into the kitchen, where terrazzo backsplashes pair with sleek, glossy cabinetry for a clean, playful finish.

We also focused on smart, multi-functional storage. The custom black cabinet in the living room is a prime example. It features a geometric, 3D pattern that acts as a sculptural focal point, while efficiently housing everyday items. This is our approach to organic luxury: ensuring every element is both aesthetically striking and highly functional. Whether it is the pastel green fluted wardrobe in the bedroom or the sophisticated material palette of the living areas, every detail is considered.
