Academy Highlights and Player Success Stories
From intense net sessions to match-winning innings, here is a glimpse into how we build real players at Gyanti Cricket Academy.
This is what it's all about. One of my players, Arnav Baliyan, hitting the winning runs in a high-pressure UP T20 match. This is the result of countless hours of hard work and process-driven training.
Watch the power and timing as Arya Singh hits a massive six on his way to an unbeaten 105. We focus on building a strong base to allow for this kind of confident, attacking cricket.
Here I am explaining a single wicket spot bowling drill. It's all about the process. I work closely with every player to fix small mistakes and build accuracy, one ball at a time.
Look at this 10-year-old, Keshav, flying to take a catch. We train our players to be complete athletes, and this commitment to fielding starts from a very young age.
A moment of pride with my team and our collection of trophies. Success in tournaments is a testament to the dedication and team spirit we foster at the academy.
Our academy team standing with players from New Zealand. I believe in providing unique opportunities and real match experience, including exposure to international players.
The joy of a teammate's success. Here the boys celebrate Rytham's magnificent match-winning innings. This camaraderie is the heart of our academy.
A glimpse of a typical net session with Anav Baliyan looking in complete control. Consistent, focused practice in the nets is where strong technique is built.
About Featured
It isn't just about the trophy shots you see here. Real cricket is built in the nets, with endless hours of stance correction and spot-bowling drills. Whether it is a player hitting winning runs or a 10-year-old flying for a catch, every moment here is the result of us identifying exactly 'galti kahan ho rahi hai' (where the mistake is happening) and fixing it, one ball at a time.
The Process Behind the Performance
At Gyanti Cricket Academy, I do not believe in blind swinging. We are not just training players to hit the ball; we are training them to judge it. My coaching relies on consistent net sessions, video analysis for technique correction, and intense match simulations.
Why My Approach Works
- The Box Method: I teach beginners to create a 'box' to judge the length of the ball. This fundamental step prevents bad habits early on.
- Spot Bowling & Accuracy: Pacers and spinners don't just bowl; they bowl with a purpose. We use targeted spot-bowling drills to ensure rhythm and accuracy.
- Match Simulation: Practice is different from a live game. We host U-14 and U-17 leagues at our Model Town and Ashok Vihar grounds so students understand the pressure of a real match.
Building Complete Athletes
Cricket is a physical game. In our fitness sessions, we use cones, ladders, and agility drills to ensure every student—from a 7-year-old beginner to an U-19 aspirant—has the stamina to last the full innings. I push my boys, like Arnav and Arya, because I know they have the potential to be the next big name. If you are ready to put in the work and trust the process, my academy is the right place for you.
