About Men's Physique & Bodybuilding
If you want to train with me, leave your excuses at the door. I don't give fluffy fitness tips; I provide a structured, hardcore, non-negotiable roadmap—whether that is a strict diet chart based on home staples like chicken and rice or the exact spotter-supervised lifts you need to build real mass. I am not looking for clients who want an easy path; I am looking for those ready to put in the actual work.
The Team Iron Approach
I do not run a typical commercial gym. My facility in Bulandshahr is built for one purpose: building champions. When you step into Team Iron, you are not just signing up for a membership; you are entering a, disciplined, no-nonsense environment. My methodology relies on hypertrophy and strength conditioning using free weights and plate-loaded machines. You get hands-on spotting for every heavy compound lift, ensuring you hit failure safely and effectively.
Competition Prep
Contest prep is where I truly stand out. I handle the entire cycle, from off-season bulking to the delicate precision of peak week. You will learn the science of macro-cycling—high, low, and zero-carb days—that forces the body to change. I do not just tell you what to eat; I teach you how to read your body’s signals for water depletion and carb-loading so you arrive on stage at your absolute driest and hardest.
Posing & Presentation
What happens on stage is the result of what happens in the mirror. I drill quarter turns, front double biceps, and lat spreads until they are second nature. A great physique is worthless if you cannot display it properly. I will teach you the choreography that hides your structural weaknesses and highlights your strengths.
Remote Accountability
If you are not in Bulandshahr, you can still join the team. My online coaching provides the same level of intensity. I review training videos to correct your form, tempo, and angles. You send me your weight, waist measurements, and fasting photos, and I hold you accountable every single week. No excuses, just progress.
