I believe that championships are won long before you step on stage. My coaching philosophy is simple, yet demanding:

  • Quality Off-Season: We don't just bulk up to gain weight. We build quality muscle mass while keeping body fat in check, ensuring you spend less time cutting and more time sculpting.
  • Strict Nutrition: Flexible dieting has its place, but not in contest prep. We follow a strict diet approach, focusing on whole foods like rice, oats, chicken, and eggs to fuel your training and recovery.
  • Mentorship at Reefit Gym: If you join me in Gurugram, you are not just getting a trainer. You are getting floor supervision, spotting on heavy compound lifts, and someone who checks your conditioning daily.

Building Monsters

I call my team monsters because that is the standard we hold. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, the goal is to dominate. We focus heavily on posing mastery because a great physique can be lost on stage without the right transitions. My role is to guide you, push you when you are tired, and ensure that when the lights hit you on show day, you are hard, dry, and ready to win. The goal is always to bring you to the stage in peak condition.
