About The Pro Athletes Academy Family
What you see on the track is the final result, but the real foundation is built in the hours we spend together before the competition. Whether it is a rainy training session at Priyadarshini Park or a long day of conditioning, my athletes know I am always in their corner. We are not just training for medals; we are building a supportive environment where every runner, jumper, and cricketer feels like they belong to a team that truly cares about their individual growth.

When I say my athletes are family, I mean it. I am there on the track, cheering in the rain, and I am the first to celebrate when someone nails a new timing or wins a national medal.
Training Culture
We welcome athletes of all levels, from school kids U/12 and U/14 to seniors and cricketers looking to boost their athletic performance. Our training environment is designed to be tough but inclusive. We do not look for shortcuts or magic formulas. Instead, we focus on:
- Technical Foundation: Mastering sprint mechanics, block starts, and relay handovers.
- Conditioning: Endurance pacing, agility drills, and core stability exercises.
- Consistency: The understanding that progress is built day by day.

We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area to make top-tier coaching accessible. You can find our training sessions at:
- Priyadarshini Park, Malabar Hill: A hub for our dedicated track runners.
- Wings Sports Centre, Bandra West: Focused sessions for agility and speed.
- Mumbai University Ground, Churchgate: Central access for serious competitors.
- Sports Authority of India, Kandivali East: For elite conditioning and heavy technical work.
