We run this academy like a family because cricket is tough. When a kid feels backed by their coach and teammates, their confidence on the field improves. That is a simple fact of the game.
At Mumbai Cricket Academy, we know the grind is real. Whether we are training at our Central Ground in Thane or at the Yeoor facility, the work is serious. We use video analysis and modern drills to fix technique, but we ensure the environment is never cold or robotic. We take time to mark the milestones, like cake cutting ceremonies for our boys or acknowledging a gritty 'Man of the Match' performance in a local tournament.
