About The Daily Grind: Training on the Track
When you join our track sessions, we do not just run laps. We use resistance bands to correct your stride length and frequency, and we conduct monthly time trials to measure your actual speed progression. Whether it is a rainy morning at Priyadarshini Park or an evening session at Kandivali, you will learn the same sprint mechanics and relay handover techniques that our medalists use to reach the podium.
Success is not an accident. It is built session by session on the track. My athletes know that there are no magic formulas, just the hard work of repeating a drill until it becomes muscle memory.

Our Training Environments
We conduct group sessions to encourage peer learning. Seeing a fellow athlete push harder motivates everyone. We operate out of Priyadarshini Park, Wings Sports Centre, Mumbai University Ground, and the Sports Authority of India in Kandivali.
