About My Yoga Journey (The Real Deal)
If you think I was born doing complex backbends, I was not. Two years ago, simple knee pushups were a struggle for me. My classes focus on where you are right now, not where you think you should be. We use props to fix alignment, which means you get stronger safely without forcing your body.
I believe that yoga is not about how deep you can bend on day one, but how consistently you show up for yourself. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to master advanced asanas, my approach remains the same: step-by-step guidance without the pressure of perfection.
In my sessions, we focus heavily on alignment and form. I use props like blocks, straps, and wall support to make challenging poses accessible. This is not just about looking good in a pose, it is about building sustainable strength and flexibility for the long term.
We work on:
- Foundation: Starting from basics for beginners to ensure you do not strain your back.
- Strength & Flexibility: Tailored sequences for splits, backbends, or inversions.
- Discipline: A structured, consistent routine that keeps you on track.
Being based in Bengaluru, I offer both personal in-person training and online coaching. My online sessions are interactive, with real-time form correction to ensure you are safe.
