Practical Strength & Conditioning Workshops for Coaches
I bridge the gap between complex sports science and gym floor reality. These sessions are for trainers, physios, and coaches who want to move beyond textbook theory and start applying evidence-based programming.
The whiteboard is where we connect theory to practice. During a seminar for Odisha Cricket Association coaches, I'm illustrating the biomechanics of a specific movement, ensuring every coach understands the underlying principles.

About Coach Education Seminars & Workshops
My seminars are not about reading slides. We spend the majority of our time on the gym floor, breaking down biomechanics and athlete assessment through a practical, hands-on approach. You will leave with actionable programming logic, manual assessment techniques, and regression charts you can apply to your athletes the very next day.
Bridging Theory and Practice
Many coaches struggle to find the middle ground between heavy research papers and actual gym floor application. My workshops aim to solve exactly that. We cut through the noise to focus on what actually moves the needle for athletic performance.
Workshop Formats
Depending on your learning goals, I offer two distinct paths:
- Intensive Practical S&C Workshops (2-3 Days): This is for those who want to get their hands dirty. With a 70/30 split between practical gym work and theory, we cover Olympic lifting cues, Velocity Based Training (VBT), and spinal decompression techniques like ELDOA. You get the workbook, the regression charts, and the certification.
- Specialized Theory Seminars (4-6 Hours): Ideal for smaller groups or busy professionals. We use a whiteboard to decode the mechanics of the Stretch-Shortening Cycle, Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP), and how to build annual plans for specific sports.
Why This Matters
My work with the Odisha Cricket Association and Delhi Capitals taught me that simple, consistent application beats complex, sporadic training every time. Whether we are discussing athlete monitoring without expensive gadgets or designing pre-season cycles, the goal is always the same: give you the tools to make better coaching decisions.
If you are a physio, personal trainer, or student of sports science, these workshops provide the 'why' behind the 'how.' We do not just perform exercises; we analyze the human body to optimize performance and prevent injury. Let us look at your current methodology and see where we can sharpen it.
