My Yoga Journey: Philosophy and Personal Growth
I do not just teach poses. My practice is built on discipline, real-life healing, and finding calm in the chaos. This is my approach to wellness.
I believe in being prepared for anything. Here I am learning CPR, an essential life-saving skill that underscores my commitment to safety and well-being.
My focus is on my career and my growth. At the end of the day, people see your success, which is built on a foundation of worth, emotional control, and humility.
Life is also about having fun and celebrating! A candid moment of dancing and joy, because wellness includes happiness and connection.
A personal reminder to grow through what you go through. Every experience is a lesson and an opportunity for self-improvement.
A thought on focus. My energy goes toward growth and financial independence, not on things outside of my control.
A message from woman to woman: take your financial life seriously. Self-respect and independence are pillars of a strong and fulfilling life.
Leading a yoga session at a unique venue. Every event is an unforgettable experience and a chance to share the gift of yoga.
A backbend stretch during an event. These poses are wonderful for opening the heart and building confidence.
A view from the back of the class during a special event. I love seeing students of all levels come together to practice.
You are not "too much." I encourage my students to own their passion and fire, and to never apologize for shining brightly.
About My Journey: Philosophy & Personal Growth
You will notice my practice is not limited to the mat. Whether I am leading a corporate wellness session in a Delhi office or training for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, my approach is the same, discipline first. I have seen that true strength comes from consistency, which is why every session I run, even in crowded pantries or conference rooms, is backed by my CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure your safety.
People often see the finished pose or the completed race, but they miss the early mornings and the late nights. My journey into yoga was not about escaping reality but finding the tools to handle it. I believe in financial independence, self respect, and emotional control, values I bring into my classes. When I teach, I focus on the why behind the movement. In my desk yoga sessions, we target tech neck and lumbar tension, but we also talk about focus and breath. For my corporate workshops, I move beyond generic poses to offer practical breathwork like Bhramari (bee breathing) and Anulom Vilom to manage anxiety. My goal is to help you build resilience, not just flexibility. Whether it is a one on one session or a large group workshop, my focus remains on building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that fits into your busy Delhi schedule.
