Fitness isn't confined to the gym. Here I am taking on a pistol squat challenge on the rocks at sunset. It’s all about finding strength, balance, and a moment of focus, wherever you are.
Sometimes fitness is about expression and freedom of movement. Capturing the energy of the sunset with a handstand freeze on the beach. It’s a blend of strength, balance, and pure joy.
A quick bodyweight flow by the sea. Incorporating dynamic stretches and mobility work like backbends helps keep the body flexible and ready for any challenge. The sound of the waves is a bonus.
It's hard to beat a person who never gives up. This outdoor session is all about explosive bodyweight movements, including jumps, plyometrics, and core work, set against a dramatic sky.
This is a functional cardio workout you can do anywhere. The routine includes half burpees, jump lunges, forward jumps with toe touches, and kip-ups to get your heart rate up and build full-body strength.

I don't just use a gym; I use the city. Whether we’re hitting local parks or open spaces, my sessions involve portable gear like agility ladders and cones to keep things fresh. It’s about building functional strength without being tied down to four walls or air conditioning.
You don't need a fancy membership to get fit. I bring the HIIT and functional training to open spaces across Bengaluru. From pistol squats on uneven ground to explosive kip-ups on the pavement, we use our body weight and natural surroundings to build strength, stability, and speed.
Sessions focus on high-intensity intervals that burn fat and build endurance. You’ll learn moves that actually help with daily life, like better balance and core control. We train rain or shine because that is part of the challenge. If you are tired of staring at a treadmill, this is the change of pace you need to stay consistent.
We also incorporate partner-assisted exercises and circuit training to keep the energy high.
