Ready to level up? I focus on functional movements that build real-world strength, control, and stability. This includes mastering challenging exercises like the pistol squat in various forms and using equipment like battle ropes and medicine balls.

Namma Bengaluru & Beyond: Outdoor Workouts

We take fitness outside the studio, using parks, beaches, and any open space as our gym. I combine bodyweight exercises, functional cardio, and mobility work with fresh air and scenic views for a unique training experience.

Core Power & Stability

A strong core is the foundation of all movement. We use a variety of tools, including stability balls and simple sticks, for dedicated ab and core workouts that improve your balance, posture, and overall strength.
