- Live Stations: 2 to 3 distinct service tables equipped with induction tops and electric ovens.
- Staffing: Uniformed chefs preparing food live in front of guests for 3 to 4 hours.
- Presentation: Functional table setups with clean frilled tablecloths and fairy lights for evening events.
- Crockery: High quality disposable plates, wooden forks, and tissue arrangements.
The Menu
- Live Pasta: Penne and Fusilli tossed in choice of Alfredo, Arrabbiata, or Pink Sauce with exotic veggies like broccoli and corn.
- Live Pizza: 6 inch individual pizzas assembled live. Options include Margherita, Farmhouse, and Tandoori Paneer or Chicken on thin crust bases.
- Sides: Hot batches of French Fries (Salted or Peri Peri) or Nachos with liquid cheese sauce.
- Drinks: Made to order Virgin Mojitos (Mint or Lemon) or Iced Tea.
