- Appetizers (Starters): 3-4 Items total. Predominantly circulated snacks like Kothimbir Vadi, Mix Veg Bhajiyas, or Chicken 65. Note: Limited to frying pan/kadhai preparation; no charcoal grills.
- Main Course Spread: 2 Vegetarian Sabzis (one paneer gravy, one dry seasonal vegetable), Dal Tadka/Fry, Jeera Rice or Masale Bhaat.
- Breads: Assorted Indian breads (Roti/Naan) brought fresh from the kitchen tandoor (no live counter).
- Sides: Papad, Pickle, Green Salad, Boondi Raita.

No fixed templates here. I love chatting with people to get a feel for what you actually want - whether that's a classic Maharashtrian thali or something totally hatke (unique). Made Pizza Dosa or a Coffee Ras Kadam? Yup, that's me. My thing is giving regular dishes a fun spin, especially if you're up for some fusion cuisine catering.
