- Welcome Drink: 1 Mocktail (e.g., Shahi Thandai) served in glass tumblers.
- Starters: Unlimited service of 2 varieties like Paneer Bhurji Cigars or Corn balls.
- Mains: 1 Premium Paneer gravy, 1 Dry Vegetable dish, Dal Makhani/Fry, and Jeera Rice.
- Breads: Assorted Butter Roti and Parathas.
- Extras: Green Salad, Roasted Papad, Pickle, Mint Chutney, and 1 Indian Sweet.
Service & Setup
- Staff: Uniformed waiters (approx 1 per 25 guests) for refilling and clearing.
- Equipment: Stainless steel chafing dishes and white table linen with frills.
- Crockery: Standard 10 to 11 inch white ceramic dinner plates and steel cutlery.
- Logistics: Includes transportation of food and equipment within service zone.
Premium Live BBQ & Biryani

- Chef: Dedicated chef on-site to manage the electric or charcoal grill.
- Starters: Unlimited serving of 4 to 5 types including Paneer Tikka, Malai Chaap, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Seekh Kebabs.
- Accompaniments: Mint Chutney, Spicy Dip, Salad Onion rings, and Lemon wedges.
Mains & Drinks
- Specials: Amritsari Kulcha served with Delhi style Choley.
- Biryani: Matka Paneer or Veg Hyderabadi Biryani served in earthen pots.
- Standard: Dal Makhani or Tadka, plus soft drinks or fresh lime soda.

My full-service covers everything from buffet setup to trained staff, including all crockery and cutlery, so you can chill with your guests.

I only serve pure vegetarian food - not just a few options, but the whole menu. Jain food for events is a big part of what I do, with loads of choices from starters to desserts. Honestly, the real fun is in desi khaana (Indian food), made just like home. But if you want pasta or pizza, that’s sorted too.

My Story
Nirvana Vegetarian Soul Food shuru kiya tha 2005 mein. Tab se ek hi jazba hai - sabko tasty, soulful veg khana khilana. Humara focus hai ki aap party mein kitchen mein na faso, bas enjoy karo – khaana hum laate hain. Borivali se shuru, ab tak hazaron families ko serve kiya. Naam Nirvana isliye, kyunki asli khushi tab milti hai jab sab milke khana khaye. Hamara food hamesha pure veg, dil se banaya hua.
