The Live Counter Experience
Our signature is the live cooking station. We have moved past the era of lukewarm buffet trays. When you hire us for a birthday or a festive event, we set up induction tops and electric ovens to serve items like 6-inch individual pizzas, steaming hot pasta in your choice of sauce, and crispy nachos topped with liquid cheese sauce. Watching a chef toss pasta in arrabbiata or alfredo sauce adds a layer of engagement that keeps guests talking.
