About The Kitchen Playground

Trial Tuesday is the genesis of our menu's next chapter. When you visit, you might catch a dish that was conceptualized, tasted, and refined just a few days prior by our team as part of these experiments.

It starts with curiosity. Every fortnight, our team puts down their standard aprons and picks up their own creative tools for what we call 'Trial Tuesday'. It is a dedicated session where every chef, from the pantry to the grill, has the freedom to present one original dish.

Some ideas are rooted in nostalgia, like a specific street-side bite from our travels. Others are purely inventive, testing how an ingredient like brie holds up against a spicy chilli and guava chutney. It is not always perfect on the first try, but that is the point. We taste, we critique, we tweak, and sometimes, the best of these experiments graduate from a Tuesday test run to the main menu.

This approach keeps our Malviya Nagar kitchen alive and shifting. You will not just find stagnant classics here. You will find dishes that have a story of development behind them.
