About this collection

We cap our group classes at 6 to 8 participants. This small-group format is deliberate, as it allows our instructors to monitor your movement patterns closely, correct your posture in real-time, and offer immediate modifications if a specific exercise triggers discomfort or conflicts with an existing injury.
