Joining a class here is not just about showing up for a workout. Most of our members start by wondering if they will fit in or if they can manage the reformer equipment, but within a few sessions, they realize this is a space where everyone is just focusing on their own progress. We keep our batches small, usually 6 to 8 people, so you get the attention you need and never feel like just another number in a crowd.
