The Reformer Experience
The Reformer is the centerpiece of our studio, offering a full-body workout that builds long, lean muscles. Its spring-based resistance is adaptable for all fitness levels, allowing us to focus on everything from core stabilization and pelvic strength to targeted toning.
Advanced Cadillac & Tower Workouts
The Cadillac, or Trapeze Table, allows for our most dynamic and gravity-defying movements. This equipment is used for deep stretching, spinal decompression, and advanced acrobatic-style exercises that build exceptional strength, control, and body awareness.
Strength & Conditioning with Chairs & Barrels
We use a variety of specialized equipment like the Wunda Chair and Pilates Barrels to keep your workouts challenging and effective. These pieces are excellent for improving balance, targeting specific muscle groups, and supporting the natural curve of your spine.
Expert Guidance & Injury Rehabilitation
Your safety and progress are my top priorities. As physio-trained instructors, we specialize in posture correction, spine health, and creating safe workout modifications for those with injuries. We keep class sizes small to provide the personalized attention you need to move with confidence.
