About Aunty's Famous Pickles & Chutneys

Because I don’t use any chemical preservatives, my pickles are strictly sun-dried and handmade in small batches. Please keep your jars in the fridge to maintain that perfect crunch and fresh flavour.

I started Pikkle Shikkle at 60 because I missed the taste of real Punjabi pickles, and I wanted to share that 'Tadka Punjab Da' experience in Bangalore. When you order from this collection, you are getting the same quality I serve at my own dining table.

My Kitchen Process

Every jar you see here is made by me. I source fruits and vegetables locally, chop them by hand, and use traditional spice blends. Whether it is my spicy mango, bitter gourd, or the tangy lemon crush, nothing goes into a jar that I wouldn't eat myself. You will find no artificial colours, no chemicals, and no preservatives here.
