About India on the World Stage
When you see our athletes on the podium, you are seeing the result of 3-4 hours of daily, scientific combat preparation. It is not just about raw power; it is about mastering PSS (Protector and Scoring System) mechanics, technical video analysis, and rigorous strength conditioning that turns natural talent into international ranking points.
The Process Behind the Podium
Glory on the international stage doesn't happen by accident. At Peace Taekwondo Academy, we treat every training session as a rehearsal for the Asian Games and World Championships. We reject shortcuts. Instead, we follow a path defined by discipline, structured recovery, and strategic game planning.
Our athletes, from Nitesh Singh to Shivansh Tyagi, follow a 6-day weekly schedule that is built on three pillars:
- Combat Technicals: We drill Olympic sparring under World Taekwondo (WT) rules until the movements are second nature. This involves high-intensity fight sessions, tactical analysis of opponents, and mastering scoring zones that win matches at the G1/G2 level.
- Elite Strength & Conditioning: Being a champion requires explosive power. Our S&C sessions utilize plyometric boxes, agility ladders, and resistance bands specifically tailored for martial arts. We build the physical foundation needed to endure grueling tournament formats.
- Mental & Nutritional Fortitude: Training the mind is as crucial as training the body. We integrate psychology workshops and strict weight management guidance, ensuring our fighters are ready to peak exactly when the tournament bell rings.
Why Train With Us?
Because you want to be part of an environment where success is the norm, not the exception. We foster a 'family' atmosphere where junior athletes train alongside world-ranked fighters. This ecosystem accelerates learning—younger athletes see exactly what it takes to reach the top, and elite athletes stay hungry by helping build the next generation.
Whether you are aiming for your first District-level medal or looking to break into the World Top 50, our doors are open to anyone with the heart to work hard. The mat does not lie. If you have the 'mehnat' (hard work) in you, we have the system to guide you to the podium.
Peace Taekwondo Academy
Since 2014, our goal at Peace Taekwondo Academy has been simple: taking Indian Taekwondo to the Olympics. We are more than a gym; we are a family where athletes fall, get up, and push each other toward glory, day after day.
