We don't just focus on kicks; we drill PSS (Protector and Scoring System) mechanics, analyze game strategies through post-sparring video review, and condition the mind for high-pressure tournament environments. If you are here to compete, this is the process that converts sweat into hardware.
The Path to the Podium
At Peace Taekwondo Academy, the medals you see in our gallery are the byproduct of our Elite Competitive Training curriculum. We operate out of our SportsCube facility in Sector 70, Gurugram, where we prioritize scientific training methods over guesswork.
Our Training Philosophy
We believe that talent is nurtured through discipline and smart repetition. Our curriculum for serious athletes includes:

- Mental Toughness: Competition anxiety is real. We integrate mindset coaching to help athletes remain calm, focused, and resilient during international tournaments like the Australian Open or the Vietnam Open.

Our residential program offers a high-protein, carb-balanced diet designed to support the recovery demands of 4+ hours of daily training, with specific modifications during weight-cutting phases before competitions.
