About The Grind: Elite Training & Sparring
We don't just kick pads; we prepare for real match scenarios using electronic scoring systems and video analysis. You will be sparring 6 days a week, working on explosive power, and learning to manage the pressure of the ring under our coaches' guidance.
Training for the World Stage
Our approach to sparring isn't based on theories; it is built on the reality of the World Taekwondo (WT) circuit. Every drill, from the RAMP warm-ups to the post-sparring video analysis, is designed to prepare you for high-pressure competition. We treat the dojang in Sector 70 as a laboratory for performance.
What Our Elite Program Includes:
- Olympic Sparring (WT Rules): Full-contact sessions focused on PSS (Protector and Scoring System) mechanics and scoring zones.
- Friday Fight Days: Intense, controlled sparring sessions that mimic tournament intensity. We put you in the ring against different opponents to build adaptability.
- Scientific Strength & Conditioning: Access to plyometric boxes, agility ladders, and free weights, specifically programmed to increase your explosive speed and core endurance.
- Technical Breakdown: We don't just train; we analyze. Post-sparring reviews help you identify tactical gaps and adjust your game plan accordingly.
- Mindset & Nutrition: Competitive fighting is as much about the head as it is the feet. We provide weight management guidance and mental toughness coaching to ensure you are ready for the mat.
Whether you are a cadet aiming for your first state medal or an adult athlete chasing Olympic glory, the grind here is the same. We operate a residential high-performance program for those traveling from outside Gurugram, ensuring you get the recovery and nutrition needed to support 3-4 hours of daily training.
