Professional Workshops, Events & Credentials
I am a firm believer in the importance of continuous learning and community engagement. Here is a look at my workshops, professional certifications, and the panels I've participated in to keep our sports science standards high.
It was an honor to be on the panel at the PUMA Go Wild Nitro Meet Up for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. I enjoyed the insightful conversations and answering questions on training strategies and injury prevention.
I was thrilled to team up with Bhag Club and PUMA India for a pre-race meet-up for the Delhi Half Marathon. The energy was incredible as we led a fun run and shared tips for the big day.
Here I am guiding the New Balance Running Community (NBRC) through the science of a dynamic warm-up. We focused on movements that boost blood flow, activate stabilizers, and protect joints before a run.
It was an absolute honor to serve as the ambassador for the Shauryaveer 'Run For India' at Delhi Cantt. Running alongside our dedicated defense forces and the passionate civilian community was a powerful experience.
A great conversation at the Sorgen booth during the Delhi Half Marathon expo. As a physio who is also a runner, I love connecting with the community and sharing insights to help everyone stay safe and injury-free.
I was happy to participate in the 3rd BRICS Conference on Exercise & Sports Science. Staying current with the latest research in exercise physiology and sports performance is a passion of mine.
At the BRICS Conference on Exercise & Sports Science, hosted at Manav Rachna International Institute. Embracing the chaos of a hectic but rewarding day of learning.
I am now Level 1 and 2 certified in the Movement Assessment Tool (MAT). This system allows me to collect objective data on movement, strength, and balance to create even more precise rehab and training programs.
With the instructor after successfully completing the Movement Assessment Tool (MAT) course. Lifelong learning is key to unlocking potential, both for myself and for my clients.
Day 1 of exploring the Movement Assessment Tool (MAT). This tool helps me quantify movement capacity and identify asymmetries that could lead to injury.
About Workshops, Events & Credentials
I invest heavily in ongoing education because clinical practice should not stand still. I recently completed my Level 1 and 2 certification in the Movement Assessment Tool (MAT), which allows me to use objective data rather than guesswork when evaluating your range of motion, balance, and core stability. Whether I am sharing insights on a panel at the Delhi Half Marathon expo or leading a warm-up session for a local running club, my goal is to bridge the gap between complex sports science and the practical habits you use in your daily training.
Clinical rigor is the backbone of my work at Enkinetik. I do not believe in 'good enough,' which is why I constantly refine my methodology. My MAT certification was not just a course; it provided me with the objective, standardized systems needed to quantify movement capacity and spot kinetic chain asymmetries before they manifest as injury. When you come into the clinic, you get the benefit of this up-to-date, data-driven approach.
Community Engagement
I value the intersection of science and sport. Collaborating with brands like Puma, Adidas, and New Balance allows me to connect with the running community directly. When I lead a dynamic warm-up workshop, I am not just teaching movements; I am correcting the 'static stretch' myths that persist in many training groups. It is about teaching you to activate stabilizers, not just stretch muscles.
Speaking & Advocacy
From the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon stage to the BRICS Conference on Exercise & Sports Science, I participate in forums that push our field forward. I want to ensure the advice runners get is based on evidence, not internet trends. My work on these panels helps demystify sports injuries, whether it is discussing the 80/20 training rule or the importance of proper recovery protocols. If you see me at an expo or an event, come by and ask questions. I am there to learn from your challenges just as much as I am there to provide answers.
