From personalized wooden coasters to intricate puzzles, we use our laser cutter to turn your wild ideas and sketches into real, tangible products.

Here is our brand new laser cutter, the Flux Beambox, on its very first run. We were so excited to unbox it and immediately start testing with a small engraving. This machine has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for custom fabrication projects.

Prototyping is a key part of our process. Here, our laser cutter is cutting out different shapes from acrylic, including a large arrow and some fun, cat-themed rulers. This is how we test designs and materials before final production.

Our laser-cut coaster workshop is a fantastic introduction to digital fabrication. Participants learn to take a design and turn it into a real product, like these intricately patterned wooden coasters, which they can take home.

We love it when our community members bring their ideas to the lab. Here’s Arun, who used our laser cutter to create a beautifully detailed, custom-engraved coaster featuring a portrait of his dog.

This circular wooden piece is a base for a string art kit, precisely cut and marked by our laser cutter. The machine's accuracy is essential for projects that require exact measurements and spacing.

This video shows the process of making a laser-engraved stamp. We first etch the design onto a wooden block, which can then be used to press the detailed dragonfly pattern into clay or ink pads.

About Custom Laser Cutting & Engraving

The quality of your laser cut or engraving starts with the file. We work best with clean vector files like .dxf or .ai, but if you only have a napkin sketch or a rough drawing, we can help vectorize it to get it ready for our Flux Beambox. This prep step is essential for us to ensure clean edges on materials like MDF or acrylic, so let us take a look at your design before we start the laser.
