We design daily 'Invitations to Play' to spark curiosity. These aesthetic, open-ended setups invite children to explore, experiment, and develop their own ideas using simple, sustainable materials.

A "Bug Hotel" made from cardboard and natural materials serves as this morning's invitation to play. Children use magnifying glasses to explore the different textures and spaces, creating their own stories about the tiny inhabitants.

Our little builders got to work at this mini construction site. With PVC pipes, wooden planks, and toy trucks, they explored real-world concepts of building and engineering, all through the power of play.

Caution: Construction Site! This invitation to play, complete with a hard hat, sand, and toy trucks, allows children to dig, lift, and build, sparking their understanding of machines and how things work.

Welcome to the world of dinosaurs. This invitation to play kicks off our new theme, with a prehistoric landscape made of sand, grass, and natural materials, inviting children to embark on a Jurassic journey.

An invitation to create your own dinosaur. With play-doh and a variety of loose parts like seeds and bottle caps, children can sculpt their own unique prehistoric creatures, letting their imaginations run wild.

A sweet, buzzing invitation to play. This setup, inspired by bees and honeycombs, lets children explore the world of insects through sensory play with ragi, flowers, and other natural elements.

A "Little Puppet Show" is today's invitation. This simple setup empowers children to become storytellers, taking turns behind the stage to bring characters to life and create their own narratives.

Today, the children are "doing office." This pretend play setup with old phones, calculators, and notepads allows them to make sense of the adult world by stepping into the roles of their grown-ups.

In honor of International Security Day, our invitation to play allowed children to step into the shoes of our security uncle. They also wrote him sweet notes to show their appreciation for keeping them safe.

To celebrate Eid, a Playmaker set up a beautiful Iftar-inspired invitation. Through pretend play, children explored the tradition of coming together to break fast, sharing, serving, and celebrating in their own way.

About Invitations to Play

These setups are not merely collections of toys. They are intentional environments where we select sustainable, open-ended materials like recycled cardboard, natural elements, and everyday objects to provoke a specific line of inquiry. When a child engages with a 'Bug Hotel' or a pretend 'Construction Site,' they are not just playing. They are testing theories, solving structural problems, and building the foundations of their own logic through direct experience.
