We believe education needs a shake-up, so we created a space where play is the foundation of learning. Join our annual festival designed for educators, parents, and children to reimagine what joyful discovery looks like in practice.

The buzz of Day 1 at The Playbook was electric. We welcomed over 150 educators for a day of hands-on workshops, inspiring conversations, and interactive installations, reminding us all why play is so essential for both children and the adults who guide them.

Day 2 of The Playbook was full of heart, centered around families and community. The day featured our Micro-School learners' annual Flea Market, where they sold handmade goods for charity, alongside engaging workshops on food, technology, and light installations.

Even after an incredible first day, the learning and play don't stop. Here's a look at what's in store for families on Day 2, from a child-led flea market to hands-on workshops designed for parents and children to create and connect.

Here is the detailed agenda for Day 1 of The Playbook, designed for educators and facilitators. The day is packed with everything from an opening keynote on the science of play to hands-on sessions on music in learning and storytelling as pedagogy.

The learning continues in the afternoon of Day 1 with mini-courses on integrating nature, art, food, and science into the curriculum. The day also includes sessions on sustaining the educator and a fireside chat on how change happens when we collaborate.

The agenda for Day 2 of The Playbook is all about family fun and shared experiences. We've planned a child-led flea market, a panel on playful tech for parents, and workshops on creating food memories and analogue play.

Educator wellbeing is a core focus of our workshops. In this video, leadership consultant Mandira Kala discusses her session on managing stress and avoiding burnout, offering simple practices for educators to resource themselves.

Contemporary artist Ansh Kumar shares his vision for using play as a medium for education and expression. His workshop invites families to create together, building screen-free activities like a kaleidoscope hand projector to spark curiosity.

Food is a powerful tool for creating memories and passing down culture. Anisha Oommen, founder of Goya, talks about her workshop on being more intentional with food and transforming mealtimes into moments of connection.

The founders of The LooRoo Club discuss their nature-inspired workshop for educators. Their session explores how to bring the outdoors into the classroom to spark curiosity, creativity, and deeper learning through stories and play stations.

About The Playbook: Our Signature Learning Festival

The Playbook is designed in two distinct, immersive streams: Day 1 invites educators to deep-dive into playful pedagogy and teacher wellbeing, while Day 2 opens our doors to families for shared discoveries, including our micro-school learners' flea market and interactive, hands-on workshops.
