When you step into our dojo, you aren't just signing up for a standard workout. We run a structured 12-session monthly cycle that specifically blends 8 classes of Shotokan/Shito-ryu karate with 2 dedicated gymnastics sessions for agility and 2 nunchaku workshops for coordination. This balance is how we ensure our students build functional athletic skill alongside their martial arts technique.
