About Gymnastics & Bodyweight Mastery
We do not teach you to kip until you have mastered the strict foundation. If you cannot hold a solid hollow body position on the floor, you are not ready to pull yourself up on the rings. We start with simple, sometimes boring drills that build actual strength, so when you finally get on the rings, you do not just flop around.
Our Approach to Gymnastics
In our industrial warehouse in Hennur, we strip back the noise. You won't find flashy shortcuts here. Whether you are learning your first pull-up or chasing a muscle-up, the process is identical: establish the hollow body, understand the pike, and master the scapular engagement. We break complex movements into smaller, manageable parts.
Why Strict Before Kip
Kipping is a tool for intensity, but strict strength is the requirement for safety. If your shoulders are not stable, we stay on the floor or the low bars until they are. This is why our gymnastics training feels more like a methodical workshop than a frantic workout class. We use video recording for real-time correction, meaning you see exactly what your body is doing compared to what it should be doing.
Training and Workshops
Our facility serves as a hub for both daily practice and deeper learning. We host specialty gymnastics workshops where we spend hours dissecting the biomechanics of movement. If you are a coach or a dedicated athlete looking to refine your eye for movement, these sessions provide the technical depth you need to progress. We keep our environment simple—plyo boxes, pull-up rigs, and gymnastics rings—so you can focus entirely on the work in front of you.
