About CrossFit Certification Seminars
These aren't lecture-heavy weekends. Our Hennur warehouse is a non-AC, industrial space designed for raw, practical learning. Expect to be on your feet, sweating through drills, and getting immediate, no-BS feedback on your mechanics from the seminar staff.
What to Expect
This is a working gym, not a hotel conference room. We host these seminars because we believe in the CrossFit methodology: high-intensity, functional movement that relies on absolute technical mastery. When you train here, you are in an industrial warehouse environment with industrial fans and rigs—exactly where real work happens.
Our Courses
- CrossFit Level 2 Certificate Course: This is for coaches ready to move from 'what' to do to 'how' to teach it. You'll spend two days under the guidance of CrossFit HQ Flowmasters. It’s heavy on 'teach-backs' and group evaluation. If you want to refine your eye for movement and get the credential that counts, this is it.
- CrossFit Specialty Course (Gymnastics): Whether you're struggling to teach a basic push-up or want to break down muscle-up progressions, this course focuses on biomechanics and bodyweight control. Our mantra is 'strict before kip.' You'll learn to identify flaws in range of motion and how to apply mobility interventions to fix them.
