This is authentic Naga fermented soybean, known as axone or akhuni. I wrap it in banana leaves the traditional way, which preserves its strong, pungent aroma, perfect for giving depth to your curries.
A fresh batch of Bhut Jolokia, or ghost peppers. I stock both the ripe red and the raw green varieties. They are extremely hot and are the key to making authentic, fiery Northeast chutneys and dishes.
Close-up of my smoked and dried fish. This is a staple ingredient that adds a deep, smoky, and umami flavour to many Manipuri and Naga recipes. It is ready to be added to stews and side dishes.
Freshly sliced and packed bamboo shoots. This is a core ingredient in our cuisine, and I provide it ready to use. Just open the pack and add it to your cooking for that distinct, tangy flavour.
High-quality dried shrimp. These are essential for adding a rich, savoury punch to stir-fries, salads, and pastes. They are sun-dried to concentrate their flavour.
A selection of regional fish and shrimp pastes. These have a strong, pungent flavour that is characteristic of many Northeast dishes. If you want that authentic taste, this is a must-have.
For a quick meal, I stock Samyang Buldak ramen, including the popular 2x Spicy Hot Chicken flavour. These are authentic Korean instant noodles for when you need a fast and fiery fix.

This collection brings together the essentials of our pantry. Our fermented soybean cakes (axone) come wrapped in banana leaves, which is how we maintain the moisture and pungent flavour profile. For your curry base, we provide bamboo shoots in both fresh and fermented forms. The dried and smoked river fish, along with our dried shrimp, are crucial for adding that deep umami flavour characteristic of many Naga and Manipuri dishes. You will also find jars of our regional fish and shrimp pastes, which are essential for those authentic, bold flavours. If you are just after a quick meal, we also stock a range of Korean instant ramen, including the 2x spicy Buldak. We manage our inventory locally in Koramangala and Ejipura.
