About Our Menu & Announcements
My kitchen is constantly changing, so I update this list to reflect exactly what is bubbling on the stove. Because I make everything in small, sun-cooked batches without preservatives, these items are available only as long as the jars last. If you see something you like, please message me to confirm if I have a fresh batch ready.
I started Niwala because I believe that food should be simple and honest. Every jar you see on this menu is made by me, using traditional methods like sun-cooking that I learned from my mother. I do not use any artificial preservatives, chemicals, or shortcuts.
What You Will Find Here
My menu is split into three main categories. First, there are my signature pickles. These are the classics, ranging from the sun-cooked Aam ka Achaar that takes months to mature, to the spicy Hari Mirchi and the tangy Amla.
Second, I have my chutneys. These are my experiment zone. My Amrud ki Chutney is a local favourite because it brings that authentic thele wala swaad (street-style taste) right to your dining table. I also keep a stock of Pilli Sarson, a fiery Bihari mustard chutney that packs a punch.
Finally, there are my jams. These are made with seasonal fruits and often include healthy twists, like chia seeds in my Spiced Pear jam or kesar (saffron) in my Pineapple jam.
How to Order
Since I work in small batches to ensure quality, the availability changes based on the season and how quickly a batch matures. I handle all orders personally from my kitchen in Sector 78, Noida. If you are local to the Delhi NCR region, we can arrange for a pick-up or delivery. For those further away, I ship across India with secure packaging to ensure your jars arrive safely. If you have a specific request or are looking for a gift hamper for a festival, just send me a message and we can plan it together.
