About Fusion Beats & Special Styles
You do not need rhythm to start, you just need to show up. In my fusion classes, we alternate between high-intensity cardio and rhythmic Bollywood routines, which means you are burning calories without even realizing it is a workout. Whether we are doing a heavy Bhangra set or a slow, graceful semi-classical flow, I will guide you through the steps so you never feel out of place.
My approach to fitness is simple: if you are having fun, you will keep coming back. I believe that dance is the best way to hit the reset button after a long day. That is why I mix it all up. We might start with a high-intensity Bollywood cardio routine to get the heart rate up, then transition into a bit of Punjabi tadka or even some Belly Dance fusion to keep things interesting.
I run these sessions at G Funk Studio in Sushant Lok 1. We have the space, the mirrors, and the sound system to make you feel like you are in the front row of a club. It is a judgment-free zone. If you have two left feet, that is fine. If you are a pro, you will still get a sweat out of it.
